*New* VA Metro 2025/2026

Starting in Fall 2018, VA Metro will structure our youngest teams toward increased player development. More time practicing and playing locally and less time traveling hours away to play in tournaments. These changes are to ensure players are getting a strong lacrosse foundation. 

Most of our 2025/2026 players have played for multiple seasons and/or "club" lacrosse so,

the 2025/2026 program is geared toward enhancing the level of play.

We want our players to continue to be the best in the Metro DC area

and this starts with a strong lacrosse foundation!

Our 2025/2026 program is set up to allow players to play multiple sports.

We love that many of our players are multiple sport athletes!

Program details:

Fee: $375 which includes: 

1 scrimmage, 6 practices, 6 league games, end of season tournament & team reversible. 

Teams will be grouped with friends & NVYLL spring teams. No try-outs.

Team(s) will be coached by VA Metro Staff and assisted with VA Metro HS Players,

the more coaches the better to ensure small player to coach ratio.
