Virginia Metro Lacrosse strives to get our players to their goals. We focus on the whole player and give them all the keys they need for success. Beyond lacrosse skills we also want to raise strong leaders and players that are comfortable self-advocating.

Players should be communicating directly with the coach for any player/team issues. This would include commitment, attendance, playing time, etc. Players need to learn to self-advocate and take accountability. Moving into high school and college this will be a very valuable skill.

If attempts have been made and a player feels communicating directly with the coach is not resolving the issue or clarifying questions. Then, the player/parent should email the club for further involvement. This should only be done after a players has attempted to resolve any issues/questions directly with the coach.

Obviously, If an issue arises that involves safety/health please email the club immediately.
